Closed Beta Terms

1. What the beta is

CarouselForge is in a closed, invite-only beta run by Companio Pty Ltd. The beta exists to find out whether CarouselForge turns real source material into publishable carousel campaigns. These terms add to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy; where they conflict with the Terms of Service, these beta terms win.

2. Accepting these terms

When invite-only access is enabled, you confirm the current version of these terms (version 2026-11) before first use, and the version you accepted is recorded with your invitation. If you do not accept them, do not use the beta.

3. Who can join

4. Do not paste confidential data

During the beta, do not put any of the following into CarouselForge:

Use material you are free to share: your own published content, public information, or sample material you have permission to use. Your input is sent to AI and other service providers to generate results (see section 6), so keep it to the minimum you need.

5. Acceptable use

The acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Service apply. In addition, during the beta you must not:

6. How your material is processed

CarouselForge sends your source material, prompts, brand details, and images to AI model providers to generate results. Anthropic is always involved; other providers are involved only when they are switched on. The full list, what each receives, and links to their terms are in the Privacy Policy. Output is machine-generated and can be wrong; review it before you publish it.

7. The beta may change or end

8. No service levels

The beta has no service-level agreement. We do not promise any particular availability, performance, response time, or support. We will try to help when you contact support@companio.ai, on a best-effort basis.

9. What we measure

To learn whether CarouselForge works, we record validation measurements such as how long it takes to get from source material to an export, how many edits a draft needs, and whether a first draft was usable. These measurements are designed not to contain your source material, prompts, or generated copy. The Privacy Policy describes them in full.

10. Feedback

We welcome feedback, bug reports, and suggestions. If you send us feedback, you give us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive permission to use it to improve CarouselForge and our other products, without any obligation to you. Feedback does not include your content: we do not gain extra rights to your source material or carousels by your telling us about them. [for legal review]

11. Keeping the beta confidential

Please do not publish screenshots or detailed descriptions of unreleased CarouselForge features without asking us first. You are free to publish the carousels you create. [for legal review: whether a confidentiality obligation is wanted at all, and its scope and duration.]

12. Leaving or being removed from the beta

13. Liability and indemnity

The beta is provided free of service commitments, "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity in the Terms of Service apply to the beta, and our total liability arising from the beta is limited to [amount for legal review].

14. New versions of these terms

Each version of these beta terms has a version number, shown at the top of this page. When we publish a new version, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree with a new version, stop using the beta and leave as described in section 12; using the beta after the new version takes effect means you accept it. [for legal review: whether continued use is enough or explicit re-acceptance of each new version is required.]
